At Merry n Jolly, we work hard to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped/dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
If a customer still requests cancellation after dispatch, it will be considered a chargeable cancellation.
Chargeable Cancellations (After Dispatch)
Forward and reverse logistics charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
These charges depend on courier partner rates and delivery distance.
Misuse & Account Blocking
Frequent cancellations after dispatch may be flagged as misuse of service.
Merry n Jolly reserves the right to block or restrict customer accounts in such cases.
2. Cancellation by Merry n Jolly
We may cancel orders in cases such as:
Product unavailability
Payment issues
Invalid or incomplete address
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
If we cancel an order, the customer will be notified and eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of order.
Once processed, the timeline may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not apply in the following cases:
Cancellation request after the order has been dispatched (unless customer agrees to pay logistics charges)
Products returned without prior approval
Failure to accept delivery without valid reason
