Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery time typically varies between 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.
2. Shipping Charges

Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.

1. Return Policy
Returns are not accepted for soft toys once the package is opened, used, or handled.
This is to maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
2. Replacement Eligibility
We offer free replacement only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Defective product
Wrong item delivered
Missing product or accessory
To qualify for a replacement, customers must:
Share an unboxing video showing the package from all sides, opening process, and the issue clearly
Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement cannot be provided if:
Product is used, washed, or tampered with
No unboxing video is provided
Minor color or size variations occur due to screen differences or handmade craftsmanship
Customer changes their mind after delivery
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the replacement cannot be provided (e.g., out of stock).
Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within the standard processing time.
5. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting support.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
